When enrolling with your Medicaid long-term care program, most agencies do not provide the level of support that you need. At Advance Elite Solution, you can expect us to stay by your side through every stage of the authorization and registration process:

Introductory Call

To start the enrollment process for an Advance Elite Solution Aide, a member of our team will first reach out to complete an introductory call. Our helpful, experienced personnel are ready to answer any of your enrollment questions and to help explain more about the eligibility process.

Medicaid and Insurance Evaluations

Our Intake Coordinators will obtain referrals from your physician that will facilitate your insurance evaluation. We will be there for the client before, during and after the insurance evaluation. A representative can be sent to your home to help complete Medicaid’s confusing enrollment paperwork and forms, ensuring documents are submitted accurately & safely within the monthly deadline.

Authorization

Once approved for Home Care Services, an authorization from Medicaid or the insurance plan is needed to start care. Our team will monitor your authorization status with Medicaid or the selected insurance plan, and communicate with you throughout. When the authorization is received, a Coordinator will reach out to discuss your caregiver and timeline for start of care.

In-Home Visit

A trained and qualified Advance Elite Solution caregiver will be assigned, along with a Registered Nurse to create a plan of care that is personalized to the client for the caregiver to follow.
